There are so many millions Of orphans everywhere Who have neither, Mom or Dad Or anyone else to care. So many in this world today Don’t even know Dad’s name And many more through the years Lost them in War’s deadly game. Some relations are difficult And there may be harsh words, spoken But, even when we are estranged The bloodlines can’t be broken. So, on this Day to Honor them You must tell them, if you can "I love you Dad, and I’m glad You’re part of my life’s plan." When you pass up, that moment To tell Him how you feel You’ll find there’s no more chances That your life’s time, will steal.
